After chatting, we decide how to best meet your needs while staying within your
budget. We decide what is required to meet the purpose of the project.
• PRIORITIZE: What items are the most important, the absolute necessities
• OPTIONS: Can we accomplish a specific feature in a simpler (less costly) method
• BUDGET: You can decide if your budget is flexible to include more items
• LATER LIST: Items that aren't a priority or don't fit into the budget can be done later
• CONTRACTS: Using the workplan we sign an agreement for work and cost
Working from the workplan we’ve built with you, we begin putting
together the pieces of your site. Not all projects will have all the steps below.
• DESIGN: Create the styles and layout types that will be used throughout the site
• CMS: Develop Content Management Systems for you to control specific content areas
• CONTENT: Determine the final content for each page on the website
• BUILD: Using the content and design we build the pages of the website 1 at a time
• CONNECT: Tie in any connections to 3rd party features
When we have got all the pieces in place, we will officially put you online!
We are now on the home stretch, we just have to test & tweak.
• BETA LAUNCH: Allow friends & family to access and review the site
• ANALYSIS: Decide if any feedback from friends & family warrants changes
• LAUNCH: Officially launch the site making it live to the public
• CELEBRATE: You did it! Have a beer or margarita, whatever you fancy!
• EAGLE EYE: We continue to monitor the site and feedback
